About Me
My name is Amanda, and I am a South African about to move to Limerick, Ireland. I like a lot of things – sometimes, I’m a really girly girl (pink glitter! OMG!), but also I swear like a sailor. Make of that what you will.
I love dogs, good wine, euro-styleboardgames, gardening and crafting things. I’ll expand this section when I have some inspiration to do so.
I trained in Biochemistry, but discovered that I didn’t enjoy lab-work all that much (fibromyalgia probably had a lot to do with that). So, I did a complete about-face and went into web development and design instead – specialising in WordPress.
I have fibromyalgia – I’ll probably post about that some, but if you are looking for validation for some woo-woo fake illness (like leaky gut syndrome, adrenal fatigue, candida overgrowth), then I’ll punch you in the mouth. 5 minutes on Google does not constitute “research”, you cream-faced loon!
